Our Shipping Policy
Our warehouse processes shipments from Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm CST. Next Day Air and Second Day Air orders must be placed by 3:30pm CST. We are currently only able to ship within the United States.
Most orders ship within 24 hours from the time they are placed. Although we do our best to ship same day, actual delivery time is not guaranteed. If a valid email address is provided, you will be updated when your order has shipped along with package tracking information. Cost for shipping is based on the calculated weight of your shipment via standard ground shipping.
Returns will be accepted for 30 days after items have been invoiced provided the item has been unused and can be shipped back in original condition. To return a product, please email email@example.com with your invoice number and a phone number where you can be reached. At that point, you will be contacted with an RMA number and shipping information.
Once the product has been received and inspection has been completed, you will be notified of return status. If return is accepted, the original purchase price will be refunded. If return is not accepted, the item will be returned at the shippers cost. Typical reasons a return would be rejected would be product has been used, damaged, or returned not in original condition. Please allow up to 30 days for return process.
